Minutes of 6/4/15 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:35 Doug Briggs, Mike Sullivan, Mark O’Clair and Tom Dufault. Attorney Paul Cranston, Dick Williams, Mark and Dick Mozio were also in attendance.
- Reviewed Barton Associates proposal. Board agreed that the proposal was unspecific to plans for secondary site (site 1) and a land development agreement was needed. Board agreed to request modification of proposal.
- Attorney Cranston will send out request to modify proposal for second site development or remove from proposal.
- Mark Mozio expressed interest in Site 1 for next RFP if site remains available.
- HPPD Board membership was not completed as potential candidates have not been contacted.
- Next meeting Friday 6/12 @ 6:30 a.m.
- Meeting adjourned at 7:30.
